Complete Training Solutions

Our instructors will lead you step-by-step through the most thorough software education you have ever experienced. Learning to use IQ Software Products is easily achieved through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, real-life examples and hands-on practice exercises.

On-Site Training

Both fundamental and advanced training for IQ is available at your site. We suggest that the class size not exceed 12 students. Course materials will be provided for each of your students.

You also have the option of adding on an IQ Lab Day to your on- site training. This time would be spent using IQ against your database files and practicing the skills learned in the class with your own data. The additional day is billed at the same rate as the training class.

Please note that IQ classes are of a basic, exploratory nature and are not specific to particular applications or data.

Custom Training

Custom training courses are available. A custom course is tailored to your data and the practice exercises are designed to suit your application. Contact Support Services for additional information regarding customized training courses.

Train-the-Trainer Courses

We offer a Train-the-Trainer course for customers interested in performing their own IQ training. Going beyond the normal course information, the Train-the-Trainer course provides the proper foundation for not only learning IQ, but also learning to teach IQ to others. In addition to covering our normal course curriculum, our instructor explains why items are taught in particular sequences, which are the best examples to convey essential points, what typical questions attendees ask and how to field those questions. The Train- the-Trainer course includes:

• Personalized on-site instruction
• The right to reproduce and distribute IQ course material to internal and external customers
• Course material provided in printed master format or on media
• The necessary data to perform the course

Consulting Services

IQ offers a variety of consulting services, allowing you to maximize the effectiveness of your resources. By using our experienced staff, you will expedite the customization and distribution of IQ with your application. Our specialists have extensive knowledge of operating systems and databases, and will either assist your personnel or work independently to complete the desired results.
